Stellar Studios highly encourages performers of all gender identities, ethnicities, and abilities to audition.

This production is open to all non-union performers.

We have received special permission from MTI for the following casting alterations:

1. The roles of Doctor Madden and Doctor Fine will be two separate performers.

2. There will be a 3 - 4 person ensemble casted to play a chorus various individuals throughout the show (doctors, anesthesiologists, etc.)

Please prepare a one minute cut of any song in the style of the show.

A backtrack is required. (Please ensure your track is already cut to the section you desire; we prefer to spend our time listening to you perform instead of trying to fast forward to the correct spot in the track.)

Please email our Stage Manager Bailey Cormier at next2normal@stellarstudiostheater.com with the following: an MP3 of your backtrack, which day you will be coming, and which time-slot you prefer. This way we can have your backtrack loaded and ready to go for your audition day.

Rehearsals will run from March 11th through May 27th every Tuesday and Sunday. With the exception of Easter and Mother’s Day; those rehearsals will take place on the Monday (so there will be rehearsal Monday and Tuesday those two weeks).

Small stipends are available for all performers ($500 or less in total). They range in value depending upon your role in the show.

All stipends are paid out on Closing Night via Check.

All performers cast are required to submit a W-9 in order to be paid.
